In this blog post, we are going to outline the four simple steps for signing up to Altis, showing you just how quick and easy it is to get started and revolutionise your residential conveyancing process.

Step one – Get in touch

As with most things, the first step is simply showing interest. If you are interested in finding out more about Altis please get in touch with us!

We would love to come and give you free demonstration of the system and explain all the amazing functions and features, and the many ways that Altis can make your conveyancing transactions easier and faster. From there, we can establish how Altis will work for your firm, and look into customising the platform to suit your business needs

Step two – Fail to prepare, prepare to fail

So you loved Altis and know it would be an amazing addition to your firm! The next step is to show the rest of the conveyancing team how to use it. We will come to your office, or you are welcome to come to ours, and we can train everyone on the system.

We recommend training your firm on the system before they go live, so that once everyone has been activated and is armed with usernames and passwords, they are already full of knowledge and raring to go!

Step three – Go live!

Once your team are prepared and poised for the system to be implemented; the next step is to go live! We will send the sign up documentation to the Key Account Holder and guide your IT provider through some small necessary technical changes. Once these changes are in place, your account will be activated and your users will all receive login details; because they have already been trained, it will be easier for them to adopt Altis.

Step four – A system that suits you

We mentioned in Step one, Altis can be customised to suit your individual business needs. We recommend that you use Altis for a short time until you know how it fits into your firm before implementing these personalised ‘rules’.

The rules can be anything from sending automatic emails, texts and call reminders, to creating documents and notifications to colleagues, and can all be personalised to your firms need and requirements. We can either create these rules for you, or show you how to create them yourself, for easy updating in the future!
